For clinics and health systems
Objective autonomic testing, ready for your practice
Give your clinicians more information for difficult-to-manage patients, and give your patients a path forward when standard tests come back normal.

Retain patients. Add revenue. Improve care.
Most useful first for complex chronic disease, POTS, Long COVID, ME/CFS, EDS, fibromyalgia, and dysautonomia, and for women’s health, where the autonomic nervous system regulates the hormonal system. These are the patients who bounce between specialties without answers.
Retain your patients
Give the complex, multi-system patients who keep searching a reason to stay with you: objective autonomic signal and a path forward, instead of another referral that sends them elsewhere.
Add a new revenue line
Offer the test as a cash-pay service your practice owns. You set what patients pay, so the test opens a new revenue stream that stays in your practice, on top of the care you already deliver.
Improve patient care
More information for difficult-to-manage patients, plus the ability to track whether your interventions are working visit over visit, the kind of objective follow-through that improves outcomes.
Workflow
Four steps, built around your visit
Select and order
In the CloudANS™ portal, choose which patients will benefit and order their test.
Patient tests at home
The patient receives an email with a test code and full instructions, downloads the Autonomic Health Connect app, and completes the 12-minute test.
CloudANS analyzes and posts results
CloudANS™ analyzes the session and uploads the results to the platform.
Clinician reviews and prescribes
On CloudANS™, the clinician reviews the results and the CDS recommendations, prescribes treatment, and emails the patient their report.
Autonomic Health provides the measurement and decision support. The clinician makes every diagnostic and treatment decision.
However your patients access it
One autonomic test, delivered your way
The same Autonomic Health ANS Test experience, however you serve it. You choose the delivery; we keep it visibly Powered by Autonomic Health either way.
Autonomic Health Connect app
No app of your own? Your patients test on our branded Connect app. Ideal for clinics getting started fast.
Embed in your own app (SDK)
Already have an app? Deliver the test inside it with the CloudANS™ SDK for a seamless patient experience.
Signal your clinicians can act on
- Independent sympathetic and parasympathetic readout
- Parasympathetic modulation capacity, autonomic dynamicity, and autonomic resistance
- Longitudinal trend tracking and re-test
- Plain-language patient-facing summary
- Greater than 90% concordance against the clinical reference measurement in early internal validation
Clinical depth
From “probably dysautonomia” to a phenotype you can target
Most clinics infer autonomic involvement; few can measure it. The ANS Test quantifies four things directly, baseline sympathetic and parasympathetic tone, parasympathetic modulation capacity, autonomic dynamicity, and autonomic resistance, the blunted or paradoxical responses that mark dysfunction even when standard labs are normal. That turns “probably dysautonomia” into a measurable phenotype you can target and re-test.
Clinical guidance, not a test output
Treat the control system first, stabilize the body in parallel
Alongside the measurement, our CMO’s peer-reviewed ANS-directed protocol gives you a framework matched to the phenotype and re-titrated on repeat testing. Two parallel tracks:
Central autonomic restoration (root cause)
Structured breathing as first-line to reset brainstem sympathetic and parasympathetic balance; phenotype-directed central agents; sleep and circadian normalization.
Peripheral and systemic stabilization
Agents such as midodrine, droxidopa, and magnesium; paced reconditioning with no early high-intensity exercise; vascular and capillary (Pitch) tone regulation; metabolic and insulin-sensitivity support.
The protocol is clinical guidance authored by our CMO, not an output of the Test. The Test provides the measurement; diagnosis and treatment decisions remain with the treating clinician.
Clinical decision support, powered by CAJAL
Less time interpreting. More time treating.
On CloudANS™, the CDS does the heavy lifting of interpretation so you can act faster.
The CDS is decision support, not a medical device, and is not FDA-cleared. It informs the clinician, who makes every diagnostic and treatment decision.
- Reads the autonomic profile for you, surfacing the branch-level findings and phenotype from the six-phase test.
- Flags the patterns, highlighting findings such as parasympathetic dysfunction, hypervagotonia, and sympathetic withdrawal to stand.
- Maps to a framework, connecting findings to the CMO’s ANS-directed protocol as considerations for your review.
- Drafts the report and care-plan starting point, which you edit and finalize; the assessment is yours.
- Tracks the response on re-test, comparing against the baseline so you can see what is and is not moving.
Compliance and trust
Inside the lines, by design
Autonomic Health operates as a business associate of providers and does not practice medicine. The platform provides an autonomic measurement and tracking experience. Diagnosis and treatment are determined by your licensed clinicians. HIPAA-aligned data handling throughout.
Pricing
Simple economics, covered in a demo
The test is a cash-pay service your practice owns: you offer it to your patients at a price you set, opening a new revenue line. The CloudANS™ platform gives you longitudinal ANS data management and care tracking across your patients, and the CDS supports your clinicians along the way. We will walk you through the full economics in a demo.
Clinic FAQ
Do I need new hardware?
No. CloudANS™ works with data from any compatible consumer wearable your patients already own and applies our proprietary respiratory-independent ANS algorithm.
Do I need my own app?
No. Your patients use the Autonomic Health Connect app to take the test. If you already have your own patient app, we can embed the experience inside it via the CloudANS™ SDK instead.
Who interprets the results?
Your clinicians. Autonomic Health provides the measurement, the trend data, and CDS decision support; clinical decisions remain yours.
Is the CDS an extra cost?
No. The CDS supports your clinicians and is not charged separately. We will cover the full pricing with you in a demo.
Is this a diagnostic test?
Autonomic Health provides an autonomic measurement and tracking experience. It is not a diagnostic device, and it does not screen for or diagnose specific conditions.
What does it cost my patients?
You set what patients pay for the test. It is a cash-pay service your practice owns; we will review the economics with you in a demo.
